These Terms govern use of Laravel, including marketplace access for buyers and sellers of in-game items, virtual currency, token-based digital goods, and related account activity.

What these terms mean

Users are responsible for listings, offers, and transactions made through their accounts. Scams, manipulative listings, abuse, or prohibited goods may lead to account restrictions. Digital trades can be delayed, disputed, reversed, or limited depending on fraud, payment, or compliance review, and we may moderate listings and enforce marketplace rules at our discretion.

Seller responsibility

Listings must be truthful, transferable, and compliant with platform and legal rules.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers must review listings and may not misuse disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.

Platform enforcement

We may investigate abuse, moderate listings, and restrict accounts where needed.

Section 01

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, posting goods for sale, making a purchase, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Section 02

Marketplace role

The platform provides tools that help users list, discover, buy, sell, and manage digital game-related goods. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the platform is not the original publisher, issuer, or creator of third-party game assets listed by users.

Section 03

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration and transaction information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account security.
You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraud or abuse.

Section 04

Seller obligations

Sellers must only list items they are authorized to sell or transfer.
Sellers must describe listings truthfully, including the game, item type, token amount, delivery method, and limitations.
Sellers may not post fake inventory, duplicate scam listings, manipulated prices, or items that breach publisher rules or law.

Section 05

Buyer obligations

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before payment.
Buyers must not misuse refunds, chargebacks, dispute tools, or delivery confirmations.
Buyers must ensure their local law and game rules allow the purchase or use of the digital goods they acquire.

Section 06

Prohibited conduct

Fraud, money laundering, phishing, account takeovers, or payment abuse.
Listings involving stolen accounts, stolen goods, cheats, exploits, malware, or unlawful virtual assets.
Harassment, threats, false claims, or abusive conduct toward other users or staff.

Section 07

Disputes, cancellations, and enforcement

We may review transactions and communications to resolve disputes, verify delivery, investigate abuse, and determine whether refunds, reversals, penalties, or account restrictions are appropriate.

Because this marketplace handles digital items and token-related goods, not every completed transaction can be reversed. Final outcomes may depend on payment processor rules, available evidence, and fraud or compliance findings.

Section 08

Suspension and termination

We may remove listings, suspend payouts, limit account features, or terminate access if we believe a user violated these Terms or created risk for other users or the platform.
