What this page covers

We collect account, transaction, device, and support information. If you use Google Sign-In, we collect only the Google account data needed to authenticate and maintain your account. We use data to operate listings, payments, security checks, and dispute handling, and users can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Google Sign-In

Used only for authentication, account maintenance, security, and support-related functionality.

Marketplace Data

We may review listings, disputes, and transaction activity to keep the platform safe and usable.

User Rights

Users can request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and fraud-prevention needs.

Section 01

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use the platform:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, profile image, login provider, and account identifiers.
  • Marketplace data such as listings, prices, item details, game titles, order history, seller activity, and buyer requests.
  • Transaction information such as payment references, payout details, wallet-related identifiers, and order fulfillment status.
  • Communications such as support messages, dispute submissions, moderation reports, and direct platform interactions.
  • Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, app version, log events, and general usage analytics.
Section 02

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Laravel may receive your Google account name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier used to authenticate you and connect your login to your account.

We use Google user data only for sign-in, account creation or maintenance, security, customer support, and core app functionality. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training generalized AI models.

Section 03

How we use your information

  • To create and maintain user accounts for buyers and sellers.
  • To publish, manage, rank, and remove listings.
  • To process purchases, payouts, refunds, and transaction confirmations.
  • To prevent fraud, account abuse, suspicious wallet activity, chargebacks, and unauthorized marketplace behavior.
  • To verify compliance with marketplace rules and respond to disputes between users.
  • To communicate about orders, support tickets, security alerts, updates, and policy changes.
Section 04

Marketplace and digital asset activity

Because the app supports the sale of in-game items, virtual currency, and token-related digital goods, we may log listing history, delivery status, trading behavior, pricing patterns, and dispute records to protect users and maintain marketplace integrity.

Section 05

Payments, wallets, and third parties

Payments, wallet connections, identity checks, analytics, authentication, and notification services may be handled in part by third-party providers. We may share limited Google user data with service providers only when needed for authentication, hosting, support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, or other core operational functions of the app.

Section 06

Sharing of information

  • With buyers and sellers when necessary to complete a transaction or resolve a dispute.
  • With service providers who help us operate hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, payment, or fraud-prevention tools.
  • With legal authorities or regulators when required by law, court order, or to protect users and the platform.
Section 07

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, meet legal and accounting obligations, investigate disputes, enforce our terms, and maintain security records. Google account data linked to your account is kept while your account remains active or for as long as needed for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Section 08

Your choices and rights

  • You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • You may request correction of inaccurate account information.
  • You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and transaction-retention needs.
  • You may request deletion of data associated with Google Sign-In by contacting us at the email address below.
Section 09

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and transaction data, including access controls and encrypted transport where supported, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
